One on One Coaching 

My team will work with you to personalize a nutrition experience so this journey is simple but also lasts a lifetime. We know how hard it is to live with extra weight that seems impossible to lose or keep off, health issues that drain our wallet and time, aches and pains the moment we wake up, not enough energy to make it through the morning without a big cup of coffee or an energy shot. We have personally been in those shoes and it's the most amazing feeling to never have to think of those issues in our life again.

 

I personally jump out of bed in the morning excited and energized for the day, I want to eat well now, I have no cravings, and never have to think about my weight issues or insecurities again... even when walking on the beach. I've learned to love myself and embrace everything this amazing life has to offer. I can only do that because now I have energy and the right frame of mind. Its such a long way from at my lowest point where I fell asleep on a park bench because it took too much energy to get back to my car to go home. I realized long ago, that its not just the right nutrition advice that makes success happen buts its also our mind. Our mind gets in the way and its 90% of the reason we can't stick to it. Online Group Support

Through the small groups part of the program you will be able to ask a coach, and the group, questions, get extra support and encouragement. Nobody want's to take this journey alone. So, I have put together groups in order for you to have constant support from many different people going through the same things. We focus personalizing the experience for you and your groups needs. The group often exchanges recipes and tips that have helped them. The direction of these group sessions are mainly driven by the group. You can start at any time and you can come to as many group sessions as you like!!

 

One on One Support

Through the one on one part of this coaching program you will be able to get specific advice for you and your unique situation. This will insure your success in reaching your health goals.

Our daily life is our training ground. We become a product of our upbringing and surroundings. We live out the belief system and way of thinking that we have been programmed for.

 

HOW ARE WE TRAINED TO ENJOY UNHEALTHY FOOD?

We are taught that food will comfort us when we are sad or unhappy – we glean this through what our friends and family say, TV shows, and what we hear or say to ourselves.

 

We are conditioned to be shown love and show love through unhealthy food. Birthdays, holidays, when people are sick, when people are happy, or when they are upset.

 

We glorify it in society as something we DESERVE. We are given treats when we have been good as a child, or get rewarded with some form of unhealthy food for completing a task – which then carries on into our adulthood.

 

It is our way to connect with others and feel a part of something. We associate memories with specific foods.

 

The problem

Because we’ve been trained to believe unhealthy food gives us all of these amazing things, we feel disconnected, stressed, punished, and truly unable to be happy when we move away from unhealthy food. The human mind will always do things that offer more pleasure over pain. We need to retrain our minds to enjoy the daily process of eating healthy, while changing our beliefs around what unhealthy food gives us, in order to reach true success.

 

A successful transition into a healthy lifestyle comes when we learn how to retrain the way we think. Enjoy the process!

Even with billions of dollars flowing into the diet industry every year, studies are still showing that only 5% of people who go on a diet keep the weight they lost off.

 

It’s no wonder why people feel defeated when it comes to weight issues. I used to feel the same myself and in my practice!!

 

It’s pretty clear that diets don’t work. I don’t consider 5% a success by any stretch.

 

What people need is not another diet or someone pushing them every step of the way. The results won’t last.

 

Years ago, it became my mission to find real solutions for this issue and I have found what works ... and it works fast.

 

Now my clients gain the tools they need to cut through the issues that are holding them back emotionally and physically from dropping weight and keeping it off.

They consistently do this without dieting, portion controlling, calorie counting or relying on their self-control.

 

They transform from hating the daily process of living healthy to feeling like living healthy is just who they are and what they love.

 

Yup! They become “those people”. The ones that make it look easy.
